Quality and Environmental policy

Overview

At Top Doctors Group, a company specialised in the digitalisation of the healthcare sector through the development of advanced technological solutions aimed at improving the patient experience and optimising the management of professionals and medical centres, we are aware of the importance that quality assurance and sound environmental management currently hold for the day-to-day performance of our activity and for the proper management of our organisation's information and assets.

In order to ensure such management, at Top Doctors Group we have implemented a Quality and Environmental Management System in accordance with the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015 standards, so as to guarantee the correct provision of our services as well as the minimisation of environmental impact, maintaining continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with the objectives set.

Through this policy, we commit to maintaining and continuously improving an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System by means of the following requirements:

To regard the full satisfaction of our clients as our main purpose.
To identify environmental aspects and reduce their impacts on the environment.
To protect the environment, preventing pollution and reducing the consumption generated throughout the entire life cycle of our services.
To commit to complying with applicable requirements, including legal requirements.
To establish, disseminate and comply with the improvement objectives set.
To evaluate the performance of the company's processes, in a way that allows us to understand and ensure the product and the level of quality expected by our clients.
To ensure competence and foster its improvement among all our employees, while also promoting awareness of the quality and environmental management system.
To commit to the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System within the company.
To foster and achieve a motivating environment for all members of the company.

Management makes this policy accessible and available to its clients, all its employees, suppliers and interested parties.

The Policy is kept up to date through periodic reviews, coinciding with management reviews of the system, so that it takes into account changes in environmental conditions and the information received. In this regard, management provides, and will continue to provide, all the human, technical and financial resources necessary to achieve the objectives and targets established on a scheduled and periodic basis.
